Guide for Bond Propositions

Bond propositions on the ballot do not contain sufficient information for voters to determine their value. As they often can exceed $1M and require specialists to determine if the proposed work addresses a problem that exists, is relevant to the problem, and has been fully developed for cost and time, Referee PAC has developed the following proposal guide for organizations placing bonds on the ballot. Only proposals that meet these guidelines can be reviewed as to their efficient expenditure of taxpayer funds.
