As shown in the annual transactions below, MASTERCARD continues to approve fraudulent card numbers. Until now, we have simply returned the amounts (as can be seen highlighted in the negative Approved Amts). In the future, as MASTERCARD has continued to allow patently obvious bad transactions to be approved, despite our requirement for a CVV code, we are charging a 10% fee for the ones that must be manually returned as their insecure business practice is coming at a cost to our organization.
