U.S. Rep. Kevin Brady signed his name onto a Texas lawsuit seeking to throw out the election results from 4 other states (not Texas). The lawsuit specifically targeted, not the way the elections were conducted (other states used the same processes), but rather the only 4 states with Republican-controlled legislative bodies whose states voted for VP Biden (a Democrat). It was unanimously rejected by the Supreme Court. Rep.
